Description:

Version 2 of the Goblin Speaks Dice Tower features a new design for the outer cabinet, using inlaid marble for the lettering. The screws visible on the previous model have now been counter sunk into the cabinet and concealed with gold painted acrylic accents. The figure inside the cabinet has been updated to a much more lifelike goblin, constructed by attaching a 3D printed resin head we sculpted and some real fabric clothes, to a PLA printed armature. Steel wire is used for the arms to allow us to pose each figure in slightly different ways. The clothing patterns were modelled in CAD and cut on our laser to ensure a perfect fit to the figure. The hands were 3D printed in resin and primed white before being covered in glue and dipped in a very fine white felt powder to give the appearance of fluffy gloves.
