Not so much fun in the shop this week. We are running up against a deadline to get the diorama for the cover of our zine done so we can get it off to the print shop in time. When printing some pieces on our brand new Elegoo saturn, the printer managed to completely destroy itself. I have never seen a resin printer fail so spectacularly, especially one this brand new. The screen is cracked and non functioning and the entire inside of the printer is covered in resin. Elegoo is so far refusing to cover this under warranty, offering only a 15 dollar coupon to replace the screen. Not sure what the next move is here, but with comicon coming up we are probably going to have to drop cash on another printer and sort this out later.
